The booking implies agreement to all terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
Company is bound to pay full-refund if the client cancels the booking at least 30 days before.
The 30-days before notice is mandatory, the company is not bound to pay the refund otherwise.
Any prolong stay or changes in the dates of the decided stay, may change the rates of the package.
In case, the company cancels the booking, the client is entitled to full payment of refund.
Damage Deposit:
The Damage Deposit Fund (DDF) is to be collected upon arrival
The Properties FF&E (Furniture, Fixture and Equipment) to be handed over in working conditions.
The DDF to be refunded to the client after the completion of inventory checklist by the Company Representative.
The Company can withhold the Damage Deposit Fund in case of any loss or damage to FF&E.
The Company can charge the client with additional charges if the repair of FF&E exceeds the DDF amount.
The company strictly prohibits the use of loud music, public disposal of garbage, and arranging parties. The violation may result in full amount of deposit upon first complaint and evacuation from the property upon second complaint.
The clients must be cognizant of the local laws of UAE, in case of failure to abiding the law; the company holds the right to report to the police.
Pets are not allowed.
The minors (below the age of 18) can make bookings only with an accompanying adult.

Legal Disputes:
In case of disputes, all matters to be tried under the law in force in United Arab Emirates.
